Venue Registration
The conference Venue TRYP Lisboa Caparica Mar Hotel is located in a little village near Lisbon (10 min by car), close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. To have access to our conference, booking in this venue is compulsory. The hotel is situated at the beach front line.
The organizing committee advises all participants to book a room in the conference venue as soon as possible as the venue is highly appreciated by visitors who come to the village of Caparica and the hotel has limited rooms available.

Venue rates:
- Daily price for double: 195€/day/room, 98€ per person
- Daily price for single-room (room occupied by one person): 125€/day/room

IMPORTANT
Booking through the Internet and/or travel agencies will imply an additional cost for meals:
- 30€/lunch/person/day; 30€/dinner/person/day
Transportation to Cacilhas (ferry station to visit Lisbon)

1 person alone – 30€ per trip
Booking
Hotel booking must be done exclusively through the form that we will send you upon registration in the conference. As soon as the form is filled, you just need to send it to the following email:

No booking agencies are allowed to participate in this event.

Cancellation Policy
- 1 month – No cancellation penalties will be applied by the Hotel.
- 7 Days – Any changes or cancellations made within the period of 7 days prior to the arrival date, the first night will be charged.
- Cancellation received on the arrival day: the reservation will be charged to your credit card the entire length of the stay.
- 7 days prior to the arrival date the amount of the cancellation fee will be blocked to the credit card informed to guarantee the reservation.
- “No Shows” or Early Departures – In case of no show or early departures, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- The Hotel only accepts cancellation when requested in a written form.
Participants are only allowed to book in the conference venue using our package. Please note that booking in the venue for this conference is only allowed through our package. Booking in another hotel will increase the conference fee. In addition, meals can not be included if other booking is chosen. For further information please contact us
